Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers. ⦁ Advise clients on the best off-plan projects and investment opportunities. ⦁ Conduct property presentations and virtual or in-person viewings. ⦁ Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. ⦁ Negotiate and close real estate transactions. ⦁ Ensure smooth documentation and compliance. ⦁ Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and real estate regulations. ⦁ Maintain and update your database of leads and listings.
Desired Candidate Profile
-UAE Real Estate experience (preferred) -RERA certification (or willingness to obtain) -Strong communication & negotiation skills -Professional, self-driven, and team-oriented -Familiarity with the UAE secondary market is a plus -Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
