Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction sites with full accountability.
- Plan and execute substation development projects.
- Ensure adherence to Qatar's construction standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate among contractors to resolve civil, MEP, and electrical conflicts.
- Manage design-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Issue formal notices regarding delays and manage professional communications.
- Review material submittals, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Prepare and submit site documentation to consultants and clients.
- Monitor progress, quality standards, and safety measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE): Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, including at least 8 years on substation projects.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering: Minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 10 years on substation projects.
