Roles & Responsibilities

School Description:
A British International School in Cairo is seeking a qualified Secondary English Teacher to join from August 2026. The school follows both the British and IB curriculum and offers a dynamic international teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English across secondary key stages
  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Prepare students for examinations
  • Contribute to departmental and school initiatives

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification
  • Proven experience teaching English at secondary level
  • Experience with both the British and IB curricula is essential
