Roles & Responsibilities

The secondary school is looking for a positive, driven and inspirational Female Physical Education Teacher to join the team. The role will be predominantly based on the secondary school, however, it may require some teaching in the primary school.

Desired Candidate Profile

Hold a bachelor s degree in physical education/Sports Science or a related subject and a post graduate qualification in education

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have an excellent understanding of teaching and learning

Be highly proficient in the use of technology to support teaching and learning

Engage, motivate and support students

Be a reflective practitioner with the ability to think creatively and innovate

Be a positive and enthusiastic member of staff and have a growth mindset

Be willing to be fully involved in extra-curricular activities

Have excellent communications skills

Experience of teaching GCSE/IGCSE/A-Level courses (Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply)

Trained in UK Curriculum or international Baccalaureate.

Experience of using Google suite, e.g., Google classroom

Have a proven record of increasing student outcomes
