Position Overview
Leams Education in Dubai is seeking an experienced Secondary French Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction across A-level and senior secondary grades. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in teaching French for IGCSE students, strong curriculum planning skills, and the ability to inspire student engagement and achievement. Immediate joiners currently based in the UAE, preferably on a spouse visa, are encouraged to apply.

Core Duties
* Teach French to secondary and A-level students, ensuring curriculum delivery meets academic standards
* Design and implement effective lesson plans that encourage participation and enhance learning outcomes
* Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects while maintaining accurate academic records
* Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students requiring extra guidance
* Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related pathways in language studies
* Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to improve departmental standards and teaching practices
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor s or Master s degree in French with B.Ed. (mandatory)
* Proven experience teaching French at IGCSE and secondary school levels
* Strong classroom management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills in both French and English
* Ability to inspire students and create an inclusive classroom environment
* Preference for candidates already in the UAE, available to join immediately, preferably on spouse visa
