Roles & Responsibilities

Although the school uses an adapted version of the National Curriculum of England and Wales, your experience will be culturally and internationally flavoured on every level and you should be happy and willing to lead in an environment that will stretch your skills of differentiation; students are 40% Kuwaiti and the remaining cohort hail from over 40 nationalities, most of whom speak English as a second language.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Education or relevant degree with valid professional teaching qualification. Master in Education/Management is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in British Curriculum Schools, with atleast 2 years in leadership role, preferably in the Secondary.
  • Leadership Certifications such as NPQSL/NPQH/NPQEL is mandatory.
  • Experience in GCC region is highly desirable.
