Roles & Responsibilities
The secondary school is looking for a positive, driven and inspirational Inclusion Leader role to join the team.
Essential:
- Hold a Bachelor s degree plus a post-graduate qualification in education.
- Post Graduate Certificate in Inclusion/Special Educational Needs (or equivalent).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have an excellent understanding of teaching and learning
- Be highly proficient in the use of technology to support teaching and learning
- Engage, motivate and support students
- Be a reflective practitioner with the ability to think creatively and innovate
- Be a positive and enthusiastic member of staff and have a growth mindset
- Be willing to be fully involved in extra-curricular activities
- Have excellent communications skills
- Experience of teaching GCSE/IGCSE/A-Level courses (Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply)
Desirable:
- Trained in UK Curriculum or international Baccalaureate.
- Experience of using Google suite, e.g., Google classroom
- Have a proven record of increasing student outcomes
Desired Candidate Profile
