Roles & Responsibilities
JESS strives to be a regional leader in academics, pastoral care, digital innovation, and co-curricular opportunities.
Our teachers go the extra mile to support our ambition for students to make a difference in the world.
We promote a supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to show curiosity, excellence, commitment, respect, integrity, and care.
The reality of aspiring to these standards for a JESS teacher is that: there are high expectations regarding commitment to continuing professional development and standards of classroom practice; teachers must be fully involved within a busy, demanding system of pastoral care; exceptionally high standards of student progress and attainment are expected to be maintained; and all staff fully contribute to our world-class co-curricular programme.
The rewards are considerable: working with motivated, polite, and eager-to-learn students; opportunities to advance professional credentials through extensive CPD; being part of a school that leads in tech and digital innovation; and joining a team that achieves outstanding academic outcomes with a diverse, non-selective cohort.
At JESS we promote a supportive learning environment where students always feel determined to do their best.
JESS Arabian Ranches Secondary School is seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic and driven Inclusion Teacher to start in August 2026.
