Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What We Provide: 1. Employment & Licensing • Visa sponsorship • RERA (first year included) 2. Tools & Technology • Company mobile phone with local & international call package • CRM system (Bitrix) • Quarterly updated property database – highest quality in the market • Online listing tools with unit numbers and data analysis • REIDIN property analysis tool (Ejari, rental values, tenancy details, etc.) • Off-plan projects coverage across Dubai with advanced area analysis tools, availability lists, and developer contact details – all integrated in one optimized system 5. Facilities & Commission • 24/7 office access • Commission payout within 24 hours of Deal Submission Form (DSF) approval
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking talented, ambitious professionals with the following qualities: • Prior experience in Dubai real estate is preferred • Driving license is a must • Strong area knowledge is a must • Area specialists will be given high priority • Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged (we are a multicultural company) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong client relationship management abilities
