Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Source and secure property listings within the secondary (resale & leasing) market
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
Conduct accurate property valuations using market data and industry tools
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for listings
Manage end-to-end sales and leasing transactions
Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Stay up to date with Dubai market trends, pricing, and regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market (preferred)
Proven track record in sales, leasing, or client acquisition
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Ability to generate listings and build a strong personal pipeline
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a strong advantage)
UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
High level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience
