Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum standards for the secondary stage.
Utilize diverse teaching methods and technologies to enhance student understanding and engagement.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous learning.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.
Participate in professional development activities and collaborate with fellow educators to improve teaching practices.
Engage in school activities and contribute to the broader school community.
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
- Strong understanding of curriculum standards and effective teaching strategies for secondary math education.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for fostering student learning and enthusiasm for mathematics.
- Commitment to professional growth and teamwork.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
