Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of a diverse student body.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including technology and real-world applications, to inspire a love of learning.
• Regularly assess and monitor student progress, using data to refine and improve teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that prepare students for a global future.
• Contribute to the school s vibrant culture by participating in extracurricular activities and school-wide events.
• Stay abreast of educational advancements and participate in professional development opportunities.

Position Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor s Degree in Education or a Degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) in the relevant subject areabr

Experience: A minimum of 2 years teaching experience (preferred)br

Competencies:

• Demonstrate outstanding classroom practice, strong subject knowledge, and a commitment to student-centered learning.
• Experience teaching the IB is desirable but not essential
• A proven commitment to the safeguarding of children and an understanding of safeguarding procedure.
