Secondary Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Secondary Sales Manager to lead and manage our resale/secondary market transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to drive property resales, managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong knowledge of the real estate secondary market, negotiation expertise, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the secondary sales team, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive property resale transactions and expand the company s secondary sales portfolio.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, brokers, and marketing campaigns.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and market insights.

• Oversee listing, marketing, and promotion of resale properties across various platforms.

• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring win-win outcomes.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the secondary real estate market.

• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to the sales team.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry best practices.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
