Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The STEM/Engineering Teacher (Grades 7 12) is responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on engineering and integrated STEM instruction. The postholder plays a critical role in teaching design thinking, scientific inquiry, problem-solving, prototyping, and applied engineering concepts that prepare students for advanced STEM pathways.
The teacher must have strong knowledge of engineering, excellent instructional skills, and the ability to connect mathematics, science, and technology in real-world, project-based learning (PBL) contexts. The role involves collaboration with Innovation Labs (Robotics, Digital Fabrication, Energy, Engineering Design), mentoring students, and contributing to school s mission of developing future scientists, innovators, and engineers.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor s degree in the relevant subject (Master s preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching or lab experience
- Candidates below 50 years of age
- Experience in STEM-focused or innovative learning environments is an advantage

Technical Skills Competence with fabrication tools, robotics, electronics, CAD software, and coding Experience with 3D printing, CNC, microcontrollers, or industry software
ICT Skills Proficiency with digital platforms, engineering tools, LMS Experience with virtual simulators and engineering modeling tools
Soft Skills Effective communication, teamwork, organization, and creativity Leadership, mentoring, or competition coaching experience
Personal Attributes Professional, reliable, student-centered, innovative Passion for engineering education and STEM outreach
