Due to increasing numbers and the expansion of our new secondary school on the horizon, we re excited to expand our team and are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our Computer Science department from January 2026. We are looking for dynamic, caring, and empathetic educators who can teach, lead, and grow our GCSE and new A-Level courses, becoming a key part of a progressive community school with one of the fastest-growing reputations in the region.

Job specification

Essential

• QTS and PGCE/PGDE/PGDipEd/BEd
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related subject
• Minimum of two years experience of teaching Computer Science at KS3 & KS4 to all abilities
• Ability to teach A level
• Confident in teaching key areas such as programming, networks, cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence
• Ability to teach consistently inspirational lessons and a track record of outstanding results
• Commitment to raising standards for all students
• Commitment to the values of inclusion, diversity and wellbeing
• Commitment to developing and engaging with the school s Professional Learning Community

Desirable

• Experience of teaching a second subject
• Experience of teaching EAL students
