Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a Secretary / Admin Assistant for our reputable company in Beirut, Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks & maintain office organization
Handle incoming calls, emails & correspondence professionally
Ensure confidentiality & data protection at all times
Schedule appointments & manage calendars
Prepare reports & documents as needed
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, TS in Secretariat or similar
2-3 years of Experience in secretary, administrative tasks
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficiency in English & French
Age between 25 -35
