Roles & Responsibilities

You will manage schedules, communications (phone, email, WhatsApp), and reception duties. This role requires managing all student and operational files with strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Proven admin/secretary experience.
  • Mandatory expert-level skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Must reside within a reliable commute of Mar Elias.
