Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other documents as required
  • Assist in preparing project documents, submittals, and company forms
  • Support HR and Accounts departments when needed
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate record keeping of staff attendance, documents, and office supplies

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (construction/sub-contractor experience preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Currently based in UAE (preferably in Abu Dhabi)
