Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Support the coordination of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Up to 1 year of experience in a secretarial, administrative, or office support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and office needs.
- Commitment to upholding company values of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
