Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage telephone calls.
  • Managing mail (receiving, sending, filing).
  • Organize the schedule and appointments.
  • Drafting and formatting administrative documents.
  • Ensure the filing and archiving of records.
  • Coordinate information between different departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Secretarial or administrative training preferred. Experience in a similar role preferred. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
