Roles & Responsibilities
- A company operating in the industrial sector in Algiers is seeking a Secretary on a fixed-term contract. The Secretary will be responsible for administrative management and office organization.
- Missions
- Welcoming visitors and managing phone calls
- Manage mail (receiving, sending, filing)
- Drafting and formatting documents (letters, reports, minutes)
- Organize appointments and manage calendars
- Ensure the filing and archiving of records
- Managing office supplies
- Assisting the various departments with administrative tasks
- Prepare the meetings (invitations, documents, logistics)
- Profile
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good written and oral communication
- Knowledge of administrative management
- Speed of execution
- Holder of a diploma in secretarial studies
- Having prior experience in a similar position
- Being organized, meticulous, and having good interpersonal skills
