Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
To ensure daily administrative management (drafting, filing, archiving, correspondence, calls).
To welcome, guide and inform visitors and correspondents.
Organize meetings, write minutes and manage schedules.
Prepare and monitor the administrative files of the department or division.
To liaise between the various internal departments and external partners.
Profile
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.).
Good written and oral communication skills.
Sense of organization and professional discretion.
Rigour, punctuality and reliability in work.
