Roles & Responsibilities
To provide in-person and telephone reception for visitors and clients.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organize the agenda and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and format administrative documents.
- Ensure the filing and archiving of records.
- Participate in the management of office supplies.
- To assist management or teams with their administrative needs.
- Fluent in Chinese.
- Good mastery of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good written and oral expression.
- Discretion and a sense of confidentiality.
