Roles & Responsibilities

  • Secretary

  • Ensure the physical and telephone reception of visitors and customers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Organize the agenda and schedule appointments.
  • Prepare and format administrative documents.
  • Ensure the filing and archiving of files.
  • Participate in the management of office supplies.
  • Assist management or teams with their administrative needs.
  • Fluent in Chinese.
  • Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good written and oral expression.
  • Distinction and sense of confidentiality .
