Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain documents and filing systems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Support management with daily administrative tasks
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Presentable, professional, and well-spoken
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
