Roles & Responsibilities

Handle correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and filing systems.

Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.

Support management with coordination and follow-ups.

Conduct internet searches and data gathering when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Female, presentable, and professional in appearance.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong internet research skills.

Good communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal & written).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and discreet with confidential information.

Previous experience in a contracting or construction company is an advantage.
