Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, quotations, and invoices related to furniture projects
- Schedule meetings and appointments and follow up on action items
- Coordinate with sales, production, and purchasing departments
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist management with reports, data entry, and presentations
- Receive visitors and ensure professional front-office representation
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
Preferred Skills
- Experience dealing with furniture suppliers, workshops, or showrooms
- Basic knowledge of furniture terminology and processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing sector
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
