Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional and timely responses.

Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for management and team meetings.

Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for staff and executives as needed.

Maintain and update office records, databases, and confidential files.

Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.

Support the administrative and management teams with various tasks and projects.

Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth workflow.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and discretion.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
