Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as required.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and company documents.
