Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.

Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from meetings.

Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodations for the CEO as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Professional Experience: 1+ years in an administrative role, with a preference for experience supporting executives or senior leadership.

Office Software Proficiency:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Asana).

Research and Reporting: Ability to conduct thorough research and produce clear, concise reports.
