Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedule of the Factory General Manager.

  • Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting agendas.

  • Draft, edit, and document daily and periodic meeting minutes, including decisions and action items.

  • Prepare follow-up and monthly performance reports related to assignments issued by the Factory General Manager.

  • Follow up on the implementation of the General Managers instructions with different departments according to approved timelines.

  • Draft and prepare administrative memos, official correspondence, and periodic follow-ups.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails and hard copy documents).

  • Maintain, organize, and archive the General Managers files and documents in a professional and confidential manner.

  • Ensure effective coordination between the Factory General Manager and all departments to support smooth workflow.

  • Monitor deadlines for assigned tasks and prepare regular progress reports.

  • Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the job as assigned by the Factory General Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or equivalent.

  • 5 7 years of experience in executive secretarial roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.

  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Strong ability to follow up accurately and work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and professional writing skills.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Maximum age: 35 years.

  • Good command of English language (reading and writing) is preferred.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Strong discipline and commitment to deadlines.
