Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails via Outlook in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments when needed
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Word and Excel
- Conduct online research and compile findings into clear reports
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents and records
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on pending tasks
- Welcome and assist clients or visitors when required
- Ensure the office environment is organized and presentable
- Track and manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist in preparing presentations, memos, and correspondence
- Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Preferably residing in New Cairo or nearby areas
- Excellent computer skills with professional proficiency
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (for handling emails)
- Able to efficiently use the internet for research and prepare reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle phone calls and client inquiries professionally
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Capable of filing, documentation, and archiving digital and paper records
- Ability to follow up on tasks and coordinate with different departments
- Fast typing and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask when needed
- Basic knowledge of administrative protocols and office etiquette
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to work
