Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and staff.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and documentation.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
