Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a professional and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities:


Managing daily office operations


Scheduling appointments and meetings


Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.)


Filing and organizing documents


Supporting team with administrative tasks


Requirements:


Minimum 2 years of relevant experience


Strong communication and organizational skills


Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred)
