Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Managing daily office operations
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.)
- Filing and organizing documents
- Supporting team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred)
- Residence in Sin el Fil or nearby areas is preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
