Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily office operations
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.)
  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Supporting team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred)
  • Residence in Sin el Fil or nearby areas is preferred
