Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management for executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail to maintain professionalism and clarity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong communication and relationships.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records, implementing efficient filing systems for easy access and compliance.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Continuously improve office procedures and administrative systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, demonstrating a track record of reliability and competence.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, ensuring a solid educational foundation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software for enhanced task management.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) being a significant advantage for global communication. Native should be Arabic
