Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide administrative and organizational support to the Department Chair, ensuring efficient departmental operations, proper documentation, and support for quality assurance and academic activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare agendas and record meeting minutes
- Maintain and organize departmental / Committee documentation and records
- Support quality assurance by collecting and tracking evidence
- Monitor tasks, deadlines, and follow up on action items
- Assist in preparing reports and coordinating departmental activities
