Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Secretary / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining documents, preparing organized Excel sheets for customer cars, and delivering a welcoming experience to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize company documents and files.
- Manage office operations and support daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets with details of cars, owners, service costs, and pricing.
- Print invoices and deliver them to clients when required.
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the right department.
- Support the team with scheduling and coordination as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Professional appearance and customer service skills.
