Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Secretary / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining documents, preparing organized Excel sheets for customer cars, and delivering a welcoming experience to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize company documents and files.
  • Manage office operations and support daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and update Excel sheets with details of cars, owners, service costs, and pricing.
  • Print invoices and deliver them to clients when required.
  • Greet and assist customers upon arrival, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the right department.
  • Support the team with scheduling and coordination as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Professional appearance and customer service skills.
