A. )Regular Maintenance:

• Develop electrical maintenance work plans, procedures and methods in accordance with ERC regulations.
• Overseeing the electrical periodic maintenance of wiring, equipment, units and apparatus in compliance with safety norms and regulations, electrical codes and community policies and procedures.

B. )Preventive Maintenance:

• Test electrical systems and units using different testing devices to ensure compatibility with community safety regulations and design specifications.
• Prepare electrical researches and diagnoses malfunctioning systems, units or components to locate breakdowns and monitor the implementation of modifications.
• Analyze current electrical system operations and equipment to check the necessity of performing

C. )Reactive Maintenance:

• Monitor electrical services provided to the community, ensuring that breakdowns are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

D.)Maintenance Schedules and Follow-up:

• Assign projects to team members and provide technical direction to prioritize work schedule distribution.
• Review maintenance reports provided by team members to follow-up on working schedules.
• Monitor the electrical inventory record and place orders for equipment according to requirement.
• Supervise contractors operations to maintain control on project schedules and cost.

E.) Team Development:

• Contribute to team planning and development including recruiting, training and developing staff capabilities to ensure that employees are equipped with the knowledge and capabilities to achieve the division s objectives.
• Provide on-the-job training to subordinates to ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and caliber enabling the unit to maximize its performance.
