Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement Security Operations Center (SOC) strategies to effectively detect and respond to cyber threats.
- Govern the use of enterprise security tools and architecture frameworks to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Build and enhance digital identity, platform security, and cloud security solutions to protect critical assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions and improve security posture.
- Lead SOC planning and operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage and optimize Splunk SIEM for threat detection and incident response.
- Oversee security delivery governance and compliance across projects.
- Provide technical guidance on identity management, cloud security, and platform hardening.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Expert proficiency in SOC Planning and Splunk SIEM.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in security operations or related fields.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and governance.
- Advanced proficiency in Security Delivery Governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and identity solutions.
