Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance cloud security posture, including vulnerability identification and remediation.
Perform threat modelling and implement preventative and detective security controls.
Respond to and support investigation of cloud security incidents and escalations.
Implement governance controls such as policies, RBAC, and least-privilege access.
Define and maintain secure cloud architecture patterns and configuration standards.
Partner with cloud engineering and operations teams to embed security into pipelines and workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in cloud security engineering across AWS and Azure.
Strong knowledge of identity, access management, governance, and security monitoring.
Experience working with cloud-native security tools and security posture management.
Behavioral Expectations
Acts as a security advocate while enabling, not blocking, delivery teams.
Demonstrates sound judgement under pressure during security incidents.
Communicates risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintains high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
