Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Checking identification to verify age and compliance with the establishment's rules.
Refusing entry to patrons who are intoxicated, aggressive, or non-compliant with the venue's policies.
Diffusing volatile situations in a calm and professional manner.
Conducting searches for contraband items, such as weapons or drugs.
Communicating issues to the venue's management and acting as the first point of contact in emergency situations.
Managing crowds and ensuring the maximum capacity of the venue is not exceeded.
