Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets, utilizing advanced surveillance technologies.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations to determine the cause and escalate issues when necessary.
- Enforce facility policies and procedures, providing a strong presence that deters unwanted activities while maintaining a respectful atmosphere.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation, ensuring all security events are recorded accurately for future reference.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security management or criminal justice is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant security or law enforcement experience, demonstrating a proven track record in safety and risk management.
- Possession of a valid security guard license or certification, adhering to local regulations and requirements.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued for diverse environments.
