Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Conduct regular patrols of the factory, warehouse, and office premises.
Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
Maintain visitor logs and daily security reports.
Check CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities immediately.
Prevent unauthorized access, theft, damage, or safety violations.
Coordinate with management during emergencies or incidents.
Ensure fire safety equipment is accessible and operational.
Support administration and operations teams whenever required.
Maintain professional behavior and company discipline standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Security Guard in UAE.
High school qualification or equivalent preferred.
Valid UAE Security Guard license/SIRA certification is an advantage.
Physically fit and alert with good observation skills.
Basic English communication skills; Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage.
Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
Immediate joiners preferred.
