Job Description

We are seeking physically fit and highly motivated male Security Guards to join our team in Dubai. Candidates must meet strict selection criteria to ensure the highest standards of safety and security for our clients.

Selection Criteria

1. Physical Attributes

• Age: 25-40 years
• Height: Minimum 5'9
• Medical Fitness:
• No pre-existing medical conditions or major illnesses
• Good hearing and optical status
• Physical Appearance:
• Bouncer-like physique, smart appearance
• No visible tattoos or scars
• No spectacles allowed
• Fitness: Strong and physically fit

2. Communication Skills

• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) mandatory
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Good understanding of legal guidelines for security and public safety
• Knowledge of standard security concepts, practices, and procedures

3. Experience

• Preference of 2 years proven experience in a security-related field (e.g., Army, Police, Private Security)

4. Educational Qualifications

• High school qualification or equivalent
