Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor warehouse entrances and exits to control access and ensure site security.
- Inspect visitors, vehicles, and deliveries when required according to company procedures.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Conduct regular patrols inside and around the warehouse premises.
- Ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas are properly secured.
Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce company security and health & safety procedures.
- Report accidents, theft, damages, safety hazards, or unusual incidents immediately.
- Assist during emergencies such as fire alarms, evacuations, or security incidents.
- Ensure employees and visitors comply with warehouse safety regulations.
Records & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate logs of visitors, vehicles, and entry/exit activities.
- Prepare daily security reports and incident reports when necessary.
- Record and report any policy violations or unusual behavior.
Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain a safe working environment.
- Cooperate with emergency services or law enforcement authorities if required.
- Provide professional assistance and guidance to employees and visitors.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse or security operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Basic communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to remain alert and respond effectively during emergencies.
