Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor warehouse entrances and exits to control access and ensure site security.
• Inspect visitors, vehicles, and deliveries when required according to company procedures.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity immediately.
• Conduct regular patrols inside and around the warehouse premises.
• Ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas are properly secured.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce company security and health & safety procedures.
• Report accidents, theft, damages, safety hazards, or unusual incidents immediately.
• Assist during emergencies such as fire alarms, evacuations, or security incidents.
• Ensure employees and visitors comply with warehouse safety regulations.

Records & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate logs of visitors, vehicles, and entry/exit activities.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident reports when necessary.
• Record and report any policy violations or unusual behavior.

Coordination & Support:

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain a safe working environment.
• Cooperate with emergency services or law enforcement authorities if required.
• Provide professional assistance and guidance to employees and visitors.
