Job Description:
Our Ideal Security Manager candidate will have:
Security leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort along with certifications/experience in CPR, first aid, fire prevention, and property protection.
A consummate team player, respectful of others and always demonstrating integrity, strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams, highly resourceful and intrinsically motived to contribute, an eye for detail, a collaborative nature, and the ability to exercise independent judgment. You should have strong problem-solving, decision making, conflict resolution and strategic thinking skills, the ability to deliver reports and presentations, facilitate training, and have exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills.
Along with being strategic, analytical, and having solid business acumen, you will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion for people welfare and development. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule; creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences.
