Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To develop and manage the company's security policy in accordance with current regulations.
  • Conduct audits and risk analyses to identify weaknesses and propose corrective actions.
  • To ensure regulatory monitoring in matters of safety, hygiene, environment and risk prevention.
  • Supervise the management of incidents, accidents and emergency situations (analysis, reporting, corrective actions).
  • Collaborating with internal services (maintenance, HR, production) and external services (firefighters, control bodies).
  • Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper use.
  • Participate in safety steering committees and continuous improvement meetings.

  • Significant experience (minimum 3-5 years) in corporate security management_x000D_
  • Analytical skills, rigor, organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, teaching ability, and capacity to unite teams around security issues.
