Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures tailored to the organization's unique risks and needs.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and recommend improvements.
- Oversee the security team, providing training and support to ensure they are equipped to handle various security scenarios.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and crisis management exercises to prepare staff for potential incidents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience in the security industry (hospitality experience preferred).
Experience in HSE field.
SIRA Security Manager certification
NEBOSH certification
Valid UAE driving license
Strong computer proficiency
Advance First Aid & Fire Safety certifications
